Cancellations
ICF Washington State reserves the right to cancel a program or event for any reason and to refund fees paid directly to ICF Washington State by registrants for that program.

Refunds
The payment of fees represents a commitment to your participation in a program or event. It is the policy of ICF Washington State to not issue any refunds under any circumstances whatsoever.

Donation and Sponsorship Refunds
The payment of donation or sponsorship fees represents your commitment to donate to the chapter or purchase sponsorship packages, sponsorship of an event, or advertising. It is the policy of ICF Washington State to not issue any refunds under any circumstances whatsoever. If an event you are sponsoring is cancelled, your sponsorship will be transferred to another event.
