What is the Coaching Pathway Program?

The Coaching Pathway Program (CPP) offers a specialized path for coaches who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color. This initiative is designed to support you as you work towards becoming ICF certified. We are excited to welcome the second cohort of the CPP, continuing our commitment to develop outstanding coaching professionals.

Why Join the Coaching Pathway Program?

The CPP is not only a space for BIPOC coaches to feel supported in their coaching journey, it's also a space for connection, validation, and empowerment. To learn more about the program benefits, visit our application page.

Program Highlights:

  • Learning Community: Engage in a community that supports your development as a coach.

  • Coaching Hours: Participate in programs that enable you to accumulate coaching hours that count towards your ICF certification.

  • Mentor Coaching: Work with qualified mentor coaches who will guide you through your coaching journey.
