Message from the Board

Welcome! We are glad you are here. Whether you are just embarking on your coaching journey and exploring what it takes to become a coach, or you are a seasoned coach looking to grow your business and community, our chapter is here to support you. We offer a wealth of exciting opportunities, including engaging events to enhance your coaching skills, fun networking, and community building events through our Coaches Cafes and BIPOC Coaches Connect and ways to give back to our community through volunteering in support of the chapter and making a positive social impact across Washington State.

We recognize that this is one of the most challenging times in history for our world and we believe that coaching is integral to transforming societies. Our vision is to create a more just world, where equity, belonging, and social justice is embodied in what it means to be a coach, and coaching becomes an integral part of a thriving society. This vision guides everything we do. We are on a journey to deepen our understanding of what coaching rooted in equity means and how this transforms our profession, how we show up as coaches and ultimately how this shifts our impact on clients, communities, and the world.

You, our Members and Affiliates, are the heart of our chapter. We invite you to share your feedback and ideas on how we can better meet your needs. Consider volunteering—it’s a fantastic way to contribute and connect. Stay informed about chapter happenings through our monthly newsletters, weekly event emails, and the Upcoming Events section on our website. We look forward to connecting with you!

Our best,
ICF Washington Board of Directors
