Our Story
Founded in 1998, ICF Washington State (ICFWA) is an award-winning Charter Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). One of ICF’s top 15 chapters globally by size, ICFWA is a non-profit community of over 900 professional coaches spanning the Evergreen State — from the Olympic Peninsula to the Spokane Valley.
We serve a diverse spectrum of coaches, including life, career, executive, and team coaches — and more. While our backgrounds differ, we are united by a single aspiration: partnering with others to catalyze growth, navigate change, and unlock human potential.

We will raise the bar on everything we do for our members — from creating must-attend events to providing credentialing support that ensures our members are recognized as the gold standard in coaching.
