Ensures equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging are woven through the coaching profession in Washington and at large (typically involves 3-5 hours per month)
Membership & Belonging
Grows our membership, creates meaningful ways for members to connect, and owns the volunteer leadership pipeline (typically involves 3-5 hours per month)
Finance
Stewards the chapter's financial health to ensure we have resources to invest in Washington coaches (typically involves 3-5 hours per month)
Professional Development
Advances coaching excellence and owns the educational content of our conference (typically involves 3-5 hours per month)
Marketing & Communications
Connects Washington coaches with opportunities to learn, grow, and connect; amplifies Washington coaches’ stories (typically involves 3-5 hours per month)
