Marriot brings executive leadership experience from a 20+ year technology career, where she led technical, marketing, and product teams. As founder of BrightTree Consulting, she helps senior leaders create executive impact without the executive armor. She's committed to advancing women in leadership and co-created the Asian Women Executive Program.

Why I Serve on the ICF WA Board
I believe in intentional, collaborative leadership.  My journey with ICF WA, from volunteer coach to board director, Vice President, and President, deepened my commitment to coaching excellence, equity, and making space for all voices.  As Past President, I support board continuity, mentor emerging leaders, and help steward our shared vision.

Fun Fact
Born in Hong Kong, educated in Canada, now in Seattle. Many know I love books and yoga, but few know I'm a closet K-drama fan keeping up a 2,250+ day streak learning Korean on Duolingo.
