After more than three decades as an engineering executive, I retired from High Tech to dedicate myself to helping women and the underrepresented in STEM achieve their goals. I completed my coaching training with the Hudson Institute of Coaching and launched my own practice, IntentionAlly Coaching, LLC. As an ICF-certified coach, I specialize in Career Advancement and Executive Leadership coaching. This is my second year on the board of ICF-WA as Director of Technology. I am excited to help enable our mission of equity through technology and partnership with you all.
