Discover New Ways to Connect and Lead with ICF WA!

Our volunteer opportunities for the upcoming year are newly updated! ICF Washington is a volunteer-run community powered by passionate coaches, and joining a volunteer team is one of the best ways to build relationships, give back, and deepen your impact across our state.

Whether you have a few hours a month or a couple of hours a quarter, we have several open roles tailored to different skills and interests:

• Board & Strategy Teams: Guide chapter operations and programs in roles like Technology Program Manager, Networking Program Manager, Digital Experience Program Manager, and Digital Marketing Manager.
• Events & Community: Join the 2027 Conference Planning Team early to help organize our winter in-person gathering, or host low-commitment peer connection spaces as a Coach Community Connection (CCC) Host.
• Pro-Bono Coaching: Support local students in building goal clarity and confidence through partnerships like MiNT (Mentors in Technology) and University of Washington Bothell.
