ICFWA Newsletter

Our members have spoken. One of the strongest themes from our recent surveys is a desire for meaningful ways to give back, build relationships, and strengthen our coaching community.

As ICF Washington State evolves through our new governance model, we're creating new opportunities for members to contribute their talents while helping shape the future of our chapter. Whether you're interested in leading a team or lending your expertise to a specific project, there's a place for you.

Program Manager Leadership Opportunities

We're currently seeking volunteer leaders for the following Program Manager roles:

  • Technology Program Manager
  • Networking Program Manager
  • Digital Experience Program Manager

These leaders will help guide strategy, build volunteer teams, and create meaningful experiences that strengthen connection, community, and member engagement.

Volunteer Team Opportunities

We're also looking for volunteers who would like to contribute their skills in one of these areas:

  • Digital Marketing Manager – Lead marketing campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and event participation.
  • Membership Marketing Specialist – Create engaging email, LinkedIn, and community content that supports member retention, recruitment, and community building.
  • Web Developer & Designer – Maintain and enhance the ICF Washington State website and Glue Up platform to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Most volunteer roles require approximately 3–5 hours per month, providing a flexible way to expand your leadership skills, grow your professional network, and give back to the coaching profession.

This is your opportunity to help create the community you want to be part of. Together, we'll strengthen connection, foster belonging, and shape the future of ICF Washington State.
