At ICF Washington State, we believe coaching thrives through connection, learning, and collaboration. That's why we're excited to launch our new Member Community on Glue Up, a private online space designed exclusively for ICF Washington State members.
Our vision is simple: create a central gathering place where ICF coaches across Washington State can connect with one another, exchange ideas, stay informed, and strengthen our coaching community together.

We've created Local Coach Communities aligned with our Coach Community Connection (CCC) areas: Greater North Seattle, Snohomish County, Eastside North, Eastside South, Greater South Seattle and South Puget Sound
These communities provide a space to build relationships with local coaches, share regional opportunities, discuss topics of local interest, and stay informed about activities happening in your area.
If you haven't yet joined your local community, we encourage you to do so. If a community isn't relevant to you, you can leave at any time.

IMPORTANT: To access all member benefits, including the new online ICF Washington State Community, and ensure you receive communications on all the latest programs and events from ICF Washington State, every member should activate their Glue Up account.

- Click Login in the upper right corner.
- If you already have an account, enter your email address and password.
- If you do not yet have an account, click Register Now and complete the registration process.
- Use the same email address associated with your ICF membership.
We invite you to activate your account, complete your profile, join a community, and become an active participant in our growing coaching community.
