We will contact you as we form the new coaching matches for each program.
Program Manager, MinT Partnership
Description: Mentors in Tech (MinT) is a career focused mentorship program that helps overlooked and underserved tech students. With equity as a goal, ICF-WA Partnership team views this partnership with MinT as a way to increase awareness and access to coaching through our Pro Bono program, availing coaching to MinT mentees who may otherwise not have access to, or the resources to, engage in coaching.
Duties: The Program Manager, Mentors in Tech (MiNT) Partnership directly manages the pro bono coaching program and handles the daily tasks of the partnership that makes coaching available for overlooked and underserved tech students. This involves direct communication with the business leaders and coordinators of the MiNT organization, recruiting and screening interested ICF-WA coaches, matching and onboarding coaches, active program monitoring, managing post-program surveys and analyzing the resulting data in a wrap up report. Lots of previous year’s templates abound, and the Director of Partnerships (current and past) pitch in where and when needed. The Program Manager reports to Lynne Putz, Director of Partnerships. Please email your interest to partnerships@icfwashingtonstate.org
