Social Impact Partnerships: Meaningful Ways to Give Back

Our Social Impact Partnerships work is growing, and we need you! We're looking for ICF WA members who want meaningful ways to give back, whether that's coaching directly or helping keep these programs running behind the scenes.

Volunteer coaches are the heart of this work, but we can't do it without support on the operations side too. Opportunities are flexible in whatever area fits your interests and availability.

We need help with:

• Volunteer Coordination – communication, onboarding, and check-ins with our coaches
• Partner Support – maintaining relationships and logistics with our community partners
• Program Administration – keeping schedules, forms, and program details organized
• Outreach – identifying organizations that could benefit from pro bono coaching

Current programs include partnerships with the University of Washington, Mentors in Technology, and King County. 

Volunteer Coaches. Right now, we're actively recruiting coaches for UW Bothell supporting MBA/MSA students who have traditionally had fewer opportunities to access professional coaching. The commitment is one 30-minute chemistry call plus four one-hour coaching sessions between October 2026 and February 2027. Sign up here by the end of September. Questions?
