EXPERIENCE
• 20+ years of experience in the health care industry including international health interventions, group facilitation, biomedical research and clinical medicine.
• Regina was recognized by Multicare Health Systems, Tacoma, WA for championing staff development in the area of increasing patient engagement through workshops in health coaching and brief motivational interviewing.
• Seattle University, Green River Community College and Pacific Lutheran University have invited Regina to lecture on patient communication, coaching principles in health care and brief motivational interviewing in the medical setting.
• Regina maintains an active individual coaching practice through her business, In the Saddle Health Coaching.
• Past Volunteer Board of Directors Secretary for Key Free Clinic.
