I’m honored to step into the role of President for ICF WA in 2025, following an inspiring and rewarding term as Vice President. This new role fills me with a renewed commitment to elevate coaching, strengthen our board, and engage meaningfully across our vibrant community. My own journey with ICF WA—as a coach, program manager, board director, and Vice President—has deepened my belief in the power of bold vision and collaborative leadership to make a real difference.
As President, I’m dedicated to advancing coaching excellence, empowering the board, and building an inclusive, equitable space for the ICF Washington community. We’ll continue to center equity in our work, embrace diverse perspectives, and cultivate deeper connections. Together with our talented, passionate, and dedicated volunteers and board, I look forward to deepening our impact, expanding our reach, and building a thriving, connected coaching community.

Ashley serves as ICF Washington’s vice president and president-elect. An award-winning expert in organization and talent development, Ashley is a coach, consultant, educator, executive leader, and researcher whose work has impacted millions of people across the globe. His diverse and multidisciplinary background includes experiences ranging from leading a research team for Harvard; leading the Global Institute for Leadership Development, which was ranked the #1 leadership development program in the world by Leadership Excellence magazine; and leading a global talent development team for Amazon. Ashley has been an active board member for a number of organizations, including Delta Tau Delta, Harvard Business School Publishing, the McDonough Center for Leadership & Business at Marietta College. In addition to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Ashley belongs to the Association of Training & Development (ATD) and the International Leadership Association (ILA).

In 2025, we will focus on three strategic pillars: Elevating our Members, Elevating the Coaching Profession, and Elevating the Board. The impactful work we will accomplish this year builds upon the strong foundation and hard work of last year's board and volunteers and all those who came before us.

I’m honored to serve as the Director of Partnerships for ICF WA state Board 2025-2027. I have been an ICF certified coach since 2019 and am grateful to have found a practice that allows me to help clients realize their potential and a community that helps me grow as a professional.
I have volunteered with the ICF UW partnership for four years as a coach, and last year I deepened my involvement with a Program Management role. I am now excited to serve as a member of the Board for the next few years and continue to foster our current and new partnerships in line with the ICF WA vision and mission.

After more than three decades as an engineering executive, I retired from High Tech to dedicate myself to helping women and the underrepresented in STEM achieve their career and leadership goals.
