Why I Serve on the ICF WA Board
I serve on the ICF Washington State Board because I believe our chapter should evolve with our members. We have over 900 coaches across the state, and their voices matter. I care about making sure we’re listening to what they actually want and using that insight to guide our programming, partnerships, and volunteer opportunities.
Fun Fact
I love volunteering so much that I spent a month in Brazil and another month in Morocco during two different sabbaticals from my former corporate role, fully immersed in service and community.

Lynne most recently served for seven years in a strategic HR role focused on Organizational Development, Talent Strategy and Coaching capped by a term as Chief of Staff in a local Fortune 50 company. Prior to that she held leadership positions in medium-sized consultancies and international non-profits. Lynne has spent one-third of her professional career outside of her home country (US), specifically in Germany, Japan and India. An accomplished public speaker, Lynne has addressed over one hundred audiences around the world with keynote talks on global leadership, teaming, cultural competency and inclusion. Lynne is certified in multiple personality assessments and is a certified OD and Change Practitioner. She is a published co-author of a university textbook and has earned two Masters degrees.
Why I serve on the ICF - WA board
I serve on the ICF - WA board to support the professional practice of coaching at the state-wide level. I am passionate about furthering our goal of equity in coaching, so have been an active pro bono coach since 2020. With that knowledge, I stepped into the role of Program Manager, then was asked to take on the Board role of Director of Partnerships. In my second year on the Board, I aim to broaden our impact with new Partnerships and an active, diverse cadre of pro bono coaches.
