Ashley serves as ICF Washington’s vice president and president-elect. An award-winning expert in organization and talent development, Ashley is a coach, consultant, educator, executive leader, and researcher whose work has impacted millions of people across the globe. His diverse and multidisciplinary background includes experiences ranging from leading a research team for Harvard; leading the Global Institute for Leadership Development, which was ranked the #1 leadership development program in the world by Leadership Excellence magazine; and leading a global talent development team for Amazon. Ashley has been an active board member for a number of organizations, including Delta Tau Delta, Harvard Business School Publishing, the McDonough Center for Leadership & Business at Marietta College.
