An award-winning expert in organization and talent development, Ashley is a coach, consultant, educator, executive leader, and researcher whose work has impacted millions of people across the globe. His diverse and multidisciplinary background includes experiences ranging from leading a research team for Harvard; leading the Global Institute for Leadership Development, which was ranked the #1 leadership development program in the world by Leadership Excellence magazine; and leading a global talent development team for Amazon. Ashley has been an active board member for a number of organizations, including Delta Tau Delta, Harvard Business School Publishing, the McDonough Center for Leadership & Business at Marietta College. In addition to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Ashley belongs to the Association of Training & Development (ATD) and the International Leadership Association (ILA).

Before becoming a coach, she spent 10 years in people management, program management, and management consulting. At Glovo, she led a 100+ person Live Operations department. Prior to Glovo, Tamuna spent four years at Amazon, launching over 50 new devices with European retailers. Tamuna holds an MBA with honors from Georgetown University.

I’m honored to serve in my second year as the Director of Partnerships for ICF Washington Board 2025-2027. Together with the exceptional Partnerships team, my role is to build and foster partnerships with organizations that offer growth opportunities to their members through professional coaching.
Personally, I have been an ICF certified coach since 2019. I am grateful to run a professional coaching practice through which I help clients realize their potential, and grow as a professional with my community of certified ICF coaches. I originally got involved by volunteering with various ICF Washington Partnerships for four years as a pro bono coach. I deepened my involvement for a year as the Program Management for the UW Tacoma Partnership, then accepted the Director of Partnerships Board role last year.

Nana Gyesie, PhD is the Director for Equity at ICFWA and will be partnering to help refine and advance the equity work in a way that is aligned to evolving realities on equity. As a PCC coach at INNER MILEAGE, he works with private and corporate clients to 'overcome themselves' so they can align with inspired towards resonant desires. He previously worked in leadership and talent management roles at The Gates Foundation, The World Bank, Microsoft, and other organizations.

Shelley Prosise, ACC is an ICF-certified leadership coach and founder of Open Spaces Coaching and Consulting, specializing in supporting higher education leaders through organizational change and transition. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across private industry and the University of Washington, where she led complex initiatives including a $350M financial system implementation. Shelley’s expertise spans strategic planning, change management, process improvement (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt), and building inclusive, high-performing teams. She completed her coach training through Seattle Coach, holds the ICF Associate Certified Coach credential, and is certified in the Enneagram Integrative iEQ9 system and as a Playing Big facilitator. As Co-Director of Programming for ICF Washington, she brings strategic insight, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to designing programming that supports coaches and leaders at every stage of development.
