Coach Bio
Barbara is a seasoned HR executive and certified executive coach with over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries including e-commerce, software, medical devices and financial and investment services.
Her experience includes being the top HR executive on the senior leadership team for a number of high profile organizations in the Pacific Northwest, several of whom were start-up organizations that experienced high growth.
Barbara’s clients know she brings savvy business acumen and the ability to develop strong, trusting relationships with her clients at all levels of the organization.
In addition to her ACC certification with ICF, Barbara also holds the credential as an Executive Coach from The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. She earned an MBA from the University of Washington, a B.A. in Business from the University of Northern Iowa.
