After sharing some of our own experiences we will explore the scientific work of Martin Seligman, Positive Psychology expert (Flourish: A Visionary New Understanding of Happiness and Well-being) and that of Shawn Achor, author of The Happiness Advantage: The Seven Principles of Positive Psychology That Fuel Success and Performance at Work. Our exploration will include the assessments that each of these experts have developed.
