J. Scott Davidson and Tina M. Martin will be co-presenting

"Scenario Envisioning Part 1 -
Envisioning your future life as coach"

We will introduce the principles of the Scenario Envisioning Process.  We will give each participant some experience of how this works for clients as they participate as client to unlock their imaginations and look at four possible future states for their coaching practice. This process works with several core competencies and leads ultimately to making plans and designing actions.  The most direct links to competencies are with competency numbers 8, 9 and 10: Creating Awareness, Designing Actions, and Planning and Goal Setting.

This presentation is part 1 of a two part series continuing in November.  Both sessions also stand on their own. This presentation introduces a coaching tool that is really useful for messy, complex problems where nothing else works.  The Scenario Envisioning coaching tool was adapted from a complex strategic business planning process designed to explore possibilities for scenarios where an uncertain future exists.  The process  helps clients unlock the imagination, get "unstuck", and begin to see ways to move forward.
