Scott Davidson will facilitate a discussion about expanding our talents as entrepreneur coaches focusing on StengthsFinder talents of promotion and business focus. We will take an appreciative approach to questions in these two areas. Some starting questions are:
Promotion
1. Why do you coach?
2. What vision do you have for your coaching practice?
3. How will you let people know why you coach?
Business Focus
1. What support mechanisms are now working well to support your practice?
2. What possibilities for greater support do we envision that would help us most?
3. How might we make these new possibilities manifest?
This builds from last month's work on StrenghsFinder but no previous work is necessary to join in the fun.:
Goal: Exploring and discovering and having fun together
Objectives:
1. Clarifying the valuable message of our practice for the world
2. Learning new ways to promote and run our coaching practice
3. Identifying what we need to outsource and where to get it
