Triggers: Creating Behavior that Lasts -
Becoming the Person You Want to Be

Date: June 25, 2015

Time: 5:00pm – 6:00pm Pacific Time

Speaker: Dr. Marshall Goldsmith

Dr. Marshall Goldsmith is a world authority in helping successful leaders achieve positive, lasting change in behavior. In this fast-paced, interactive session, Dr. Goldsmith will share Four precious ideas with us:

  •      Triggers - discussing why we don’t become the person we plan to be – why our New Year’s resolutions don’t get met – and how our environmental triggers behavior that leads us away from our goals.
  •      Employee engagement -  share new research that shows the most important factor in engagement is the person – not the program, coach or book.
  •      Model for change – A practical model that can be used in life-planning, team building or even organizational analysis.
  •      Finally, Marshall will show how daily questions (and particularly active questions) can be used to build engagement and increase effectiveness.

As a gift, He will even give participants the opportunity to try out his process for ten days – and then measure how it works for them.

Dr. Marshall Goldsmith has been recognized for the past four years as one of the Top Ten Business Thinkers in the World and the top-rated executive coach at the Thinkers50 ceremony in London.
His new book Triggers is due May 19, 2015!
