We will be exploring together what we like, perhaps even love, about our meetings, what we might want to shift, and what else might be delightfully possible. We will be using a fresh and inviting collaborative facilitation method called Liberating Structures to guide us through this seriously playful discovery process.
Liberating Structures make it possible to easily include all voices in shaping the work at hand in a highly energized and productive way. Come experience and adopt for your own practice a simple set of micro-organizing principles that raise the level of engagement in groups of all sizes.
We will open at 10am with a Mad Tea party as one fun new alternative for getting to know each other.
Our MC will be facilitator, coach, and Innovation Strategist, Charley Haley, from Back Loop consulting.
