This month we’ll discuss the key concepts of Rising Strong –the newest book by Dr. Brene’ Brown.  We’ll talk about the concepts of reckoning, rumbling and the delta.  We’ll explore how getting curious leads to  discovering key learning; how we, as coaches, can practice vulnerability, courage and rumbling with our emotions in order to write a new ending to our story and help our clients do the same  I hope you can join us.
