Our second, free, “Pathway to PRISM” event will be on January 12, 2016.

Denise Tegel, Manager, Boeing 777 Leadership Coaching Program is confirmed as 2nd Speaker for FREE Prism Workshop this Tuesday, January 12th!  Boeing was a 2014 nominee for the ICF Washington State PRISM Award.   Learn about Boeing’s focus on standards – and how standards are integral to their coaching program’s sustainability and contribution to business results!

Denise will co-present with Sue McNab, Chief People Services Officer from Pemco Insurance. Pemco was a PRISM Nominee in 2013 and the coaching program is sustaining with tremendous impact. Sue will focus in this session on the first 2 PRISM Criteria: Strategy and Standards. Together we will explore what the driver of the coaching program was in terms of Pemco business strategy and how Strategy shaped the design of the program. We will also consider the Standards that Pemco put in place to ensure a quality experience for those employees who engaged in coaching partnerships at the company.

We will examine this program in the context of the PRISM Award criteria and support all of us to learn best practices that qualify a program to earn this prestigious acknowledgment for coaching in an organizational context. We look forward to seeing leaders in companies and coaches both for a rich discussion on January 12, 2016 at the Mercer Island Community Center.
