inviteCHANGE’s Strategic Partnering With Leaders for the HR Professional will start you on your path to become a generative leader of change. A leader, who can take a stand, set an example for making a difference and, who creates a productive mindset in others.
This new paradigm of leadership requires a different perception and perspective of communication, which we refer to as “inside out.” This mindset asks these questions;
“How am I showing up and the how is it impacting the organization? What are my intentions, my thoughts, and my behaviors and how is this being received? How do I influence the organization toward greater strategic collaboration?”
Through this experiential learning process, you will further develop the self-knowledge, the tools and methods for embracing change, setting an example and for becoming a generative leader of change who engages boldly, coaches powerfully, partners respectfully and leads authentically.
This 9- hour program starting November 4, 2010 (9:00am -3:30pm) consists of:
· 5 hours of in-person experiential training followed by;
· 4 weeks (1 hr increments) of on-line experiential learning and best practice sharing through a community of practice

· Develop the self-knowledge, tools and methods for embracing change
· Gain a deeper understanding and practical use of the coaching approach for effective communications with teams and leaders
· Learn how to facilitate an effective community of practice within your organization
