Description of Webinar

It is common that our clients – no matter what type of coaching we provide – will raise concerns about interpersonal conflicts they are experiencing in their professional and personal lives. It can be challenging for some coaches to transition into a suitable approach at these times, and in our October meeting conflict specialist and certified coach Cinnie Noble will share her experience about how to do so.

Cinnie will discuss her evidence-based CINERGY® model of conflict management coaching (also known as conflict coaching) designed to help clients optimize their ability to engage in conflict and to do so with increased confidence and competence. Cinnie will also share a coaching tool she created and her thoughts on the joys and challenges of this coaching specialty.
