Presenters: 

Sharmin Banu, PCC, is a  Career and Leadership coach working mostly with high tech leaders. She uses EQ in Action tool to help her clients get greater awareness of their default patterns and find ways to harness their potential even further. Sharmin has an extensive background in technology, she recently joined ICF WA board as the Director of Marketing.

Nancy Beacham, Next Chapter Coaching and Consulting, is a Human Resources consultant and coach in Seattle. She works for companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Citrix, and Path.org as well as educational start-ups.  She is a graduate of Seattle Coach, an ICF member and Prism volunteer.  She fell in love with the ICF Eastside Chapter in 2014.

Sandra Jones, PCC, Certified Mentor Coach, works with coaches seeking to deepen their coaching confidence through the Breakthrough Mentor Coaching telecourse or working one-on-one. She coaches women over 50 looking for their NEXT BIG THING and uses the EQ in Action tool to help free them from old patterns. She’s an avid ICF WA volunteer.
