What’s Your Focus?

About the Session

What do you want to focus on in your life? How can you find out? What would it look like to accomplish it? It might be as simple as cleaning out that closet or as big as a dream vacation. This CreateDate will offer you an opportunity to identify a focus, imagine your outcome and create a picture of your vision utilizing images, shapes and colors. It will also give you an activity that can be adapted for your individual coaching “Bag of Tricks”.

We will begin with a lively discussion about the role of “heart play” and creativity in shaping our lives; the impact that play has on our brains; and how play manifests in your day to day routine.

Then, allow your creative/intuitive self to surface as you complete a “level of life satisfaction” inventory in which you rate your current satisfaction in 8 areas of your life such as health, family/friends and recreation. To help you focus on the area of most importance to you, you will be asked several powerful questions and begin to visualize your desired outcome. Then you will be invited to call on your “inner artist” to use color, shape and images to illustrate your vision as a means to set your intentions.

When was the last time you took your inner artist out to play?
