The Power of Strengths - Igniting the Potential of Our Clients through Strengths-Based Coaching

Presentation:

Join us this month at Downtown Seattle Satellite for an opportunity to learn how using Strength Coaching with your clients can help them open up to their joyful possibilities.

One of our greatest responsibilities as a Coach is to help our clients see themselves for who they truly are and celebrate that person. Gallup StrengthsFinder is a powerful tool that helps clients name and claim their natural talents and abilities. Every one of our clients is unique. And powerful. Their strength lies within their talents: those natural thoughts, feelings and behaviors that come naturally to them. Once our clients have access to their talents, they can begin using them intentionally to live the life they were meant to live. Together we will explore Strengths-based principles, experience some Strengths-based coaching, and identify ways to weave Strengths-based coaching into your practice.

Your facilitator for this workshop/presentation is:

Darien Fleming, ACC

Darien is the founder of I’Mpossible. She is a certified executive and career coach and trainer. She started her career as an attorney and transitioned into Professional Development after 7 years of practice. She spent nearly 10 years feeding her passion: training individuals in critical “soft” skills and coaching attorneys to determine, set and achieve their goals. She brings strategic thinking and problem solving skills to her work. Darien’s clients rely on her for her good judgment, clear communication, professional maturity, focused client service, commitment to their development, and high positivity. Through dynamic presentations, powerful questions, perspective shifting, fierce honesty, and firm accountability, she lead individuals and teams to fulfilling, engaging and successful careers.
