COACHING THROUGH CULTURAL COMPETENCY AND UNCONSCIOUS BIAS

Presentation:

In our ever-diversifying world, coaches must be acutely aware of their own biases and have the skills to help clients and organizations quickly and effectively reduce bias and build diversity in a sustainable fashion. Coaches help provide direction, adaptive skills and a sense of purpose for all clients. This overview will give you insight in the skills needed to utilize your real world expertise and realize your own biases to better empower your clients to do the same. You’ll gain skills through these unique models and tools designed to help you overcome challenges and use your strengths to build strong diverse organizations/teams and overcome bias.

LaVonne brings a combination of 18+ years of academic, and corporate experiences into her coaching, consulting and therapy practice, developing, designing, and delivering comprehensive programs and tools to increase human development – counseling, on-boarding, career growth, succession planning strategies and consulting.

LaVonne utilizes her behavioral analysis, assessments and communication skills to assist leaders and organizational cultures work through change, clarify, set and attain goals collaboratively.
