Description of Webinar

The art of creating real change in real time through coaching!

What if change has more to do with deepening our presence in the moment than developing plans and goals? This webinar provides an introduction to attachment theory and applied mindfulness as resources you can use in your coaching. These two bodies of work are at the core of narrative coaching and free us to work with more grace and more power. As a result, we can stop trying so hard to make things happen in coaching and focus instead on being courageously human with those we coach. Searching inside ourselves is no longer enough; we need to put mindfulness in motion if we are to address the issues we face.

What you will learn:

The session will include two of the simple practices Dr Drake has developed to bring this work to life. In this webinar, you will learn:

  • The four attachment outcomes and their implications for working with adults
  • The four types of moments in coaching and their role in bringing about change
  • The four phases of applied mindfulness and their use in the coaching process
