Not a Problem! Harness the Power of Opposites

1.5 CCEU’s will be offered to anyone attending the entire event who wants to receive them.

What You Will Learn:
If your clients are trying to solve issues that keep reappearing - they are most likely dealing with polarities that can never go away by using traditional problem solving approaches.

Some complex issues are not problems to be solved in-the-moment. They are paradoxes or polarities to be managed over-time. Polarities may appear as stand-alone opposites, yet neither can fully function without the other.

Help your clients see and leverage their unique polarities. Only then they may finally put an end to the stress that comes from defending false choices between two inter-dependent values.

Join us this month at Downtown Seattle Satellite to learn how Polarity Thinking™ (developed by Barry Johnson, PhD) may expand your view.

At the end of this interactive session you will walk away with several practical tools.

  • How to recognize polarities
  • Discern between polarities and problems
  • Learn how to map and leverage polarities
  • Increase your capability to see the full dynamic picture from a polarity perspective
