Natalia Harm
Natalia’s career began in international affairs in Russia before she moved to the corporate world working for Shell International in The Netherlands. She has been an HR specialist and team leader in a global organization, run a non-profit in Malaysia, worked in advertising in China and currently is settling in USA. 3 years ago Natalia became a professional coach and today she is incorporating her intercultural awareness and a global perspective into her coaching practice, helping her clients to see the bigger picture, to uncover their biases and appreciate the opportunities they have.
Marlies Lloyd
Graduated with a Masters in Career Development, am MBTI certified, a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) and ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach). In her past lives, Marlies moved around countries, houses and jobs. Marlies studied to be an elementary school teacher, had careers in retail, finance, biotech. She is now happily grown up as a career coach who helps people and teams look at the world of work with a different angle.
