Description of Course

Whether you are a new or a veteran coach, you often need to promote coaching before you promote yourself. Ever since I started as a professional coach eight years ago, I have spent a considerable amount of my time to promote coaching. At some point, I recognized it as a significant gap. It became obvious to me that promoting coaching needs to be a collective goal than an individual coach’s issue. I was sure we will make a much better impact if we act collectively.

Incidentally, you told us the same thing! In a survey this August from the chapter, you overwhelmingly asked us - What is ICF doing to promote coaching?

I am taking this opportunity to share my aspirations for ICF in the coming year, the work we have already started and how we collectively can change this landscape forever. As the incoming president for ICF WA, I am very passionate about leveraging our ICF platform promoting coaching to the consumers. I believe this will eventually create a bigger market for our members to serve and to thrive.

What you will learn:

During this session, Anu Arora and I along with you will explore various possibilities of promoting coaching by leveraging ICF WA platform and by engaging the talents and wisdom of our vast member base. By attending this session you will not only get excited about the future opportunities as a coach, you will also find ways to become a part of the collective voice which will bring this change.
