We tell stories to make sense of our life. Those stories eventually become our identity either liberating or imprisoning us. This session is designed to introduce you to the importance of story and how to assist clients in telling, unpacking, repacking and living stories that allowed them to live their preferred narratives.
What you will learn:
Learn how our stories inform our ID and what it takes to upgrade a person's story
Better understand what goes on in the background when clients are trying to create change and the barriers that get in the way
Discover simple yet profound questions for assisting clients in living out their preferred narratives
About Jennie
Jennie Antolak believes regret should not be the last thing we feel when we exit this world. She has made a career out of ensuring that many of us do not have to look back on life hoping we would have reflected more, taken bigger risks or lived out our purpose.
Antolak is the president and co-founder of Learning Journeys, The International Center of Coaching. Her school offers coaching certifications, one-on-one and group coaching, as well as tools and resources that move people towards what scares and ignites them. To support her efforts, she has her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development, Practitioner, Mastery and Narrative Certifications and holds the highest level of accreditation (MCC) from the International Coaching Federation.
