Description of Course
How do we use emotions, are they helping us to achieve what we want or hindering us from getting what we want? How often does this topic arise in your coaching conversations?
Emotions can be a powerful driver for our success as well as our fears. How do we decode the message emotions send us and how we can turn our emotions in the inner power to move us forward?
We explore these and other questions via the model and assessment developed by Six Seconds:
“Emotional intelligence is the capacity to blend thinking and feeling to make optimal decisions — which is key to having a successful relationship with yourself and others. To provide a practical and simple way to learn and practice emotional intelligence, Six Seconds developed a three-part model in 1997 as a process – an action plan for using emotional intelligence in daily life” (http://www.6seconds.org)
