Description of Course

It is easy to see the “coaching container” as the place where we show up to meet our clients rather than a dynamic, multidimensional space which is an integral part of the coaching process. In this presentation, we will explore how increasing our awareness of the coaching field offers opportunities for deeper listening, increase trust in ourselves and for clients and stronger connections with clients.

What you will learn:

  • How to recognize and pay attention to your energy within the coaching field and how it contributes to the coaching conversation.
  • We’ll play with the dynamic of field and how repositioning can change the story
  • How paying attention to the field helps us listen with “soft ears” and see with “soft eyes”
  • How the energy of the coaching field helps to find openings for change for clients.
