Erin will show you the underbelly of her business--how she tracks money using the Profit First system, how she budgets with YNAB (even with a variable income), even how she manages her schedule an sends multiple texts per day as reminders. Bring any questions you have (and a laptop if you want to get working right away), and let's tackle those business challenges!
