Description of Course

No matter what’s your clients’ background, there is something that they all share: The desire to understand and learn what will support real and positive change in their lives. Alas, in an increasingly charges and rapidly changing 21st century world, they often find themselves not only overwhelmed with the sheer volume of new information that’s coming at them but also struggle with applying the right focus.

What you will learn:

Using neuroscience and brain function concepts, we will explore how the brain learns something new and review strategies for successful memorization and implementation. We will also explore the elements that are necessary for a sustainable change.

Not only for coaches! This is also a game changer for parents who want to learn how to help their kids become better students.

At the end of this informative and lively session (you CAN have fun with neuroscience!) you will leave with these tools:

● The 3-Step Anti-Boring Study Cycle

● The Simple Formula for How to Learn Anything

● The Study Senses

● Anti-Procrastination Tools

ICF CCEU Core Competencies

3-- Establishing trust and intimacy with the client

8-- Creating awareness

9-- Designing actions

10-- Planning and goal setting

11-- Managing progress and accountability
