Description of Course

Self-knowledge is the cornerstone on which leadership, top performance, and high contribution are built. Come learn from the creator of the core value index how this powerful tool can be used to improve self-knowledge for individuals and entire organizations.

Coaches can help clients know and understand the ineffective ways they handle the variety of people in their lives, help them to address underlying attitudes and beliefs about themselves that motivate these ineffective behaviors, and become increasing conscious and effective in their dealings with others.

What you will learn:

Learn about the science of this powerful developmental asset, and how to put it to work for your clients and their organizations.

The Core Values Index is the only assessment that characterizes and measures the innate, unchanging nature of an individual. The accompanying Taylor Protocols and the revolutionary Employment Pre-Selection Science put the power of this assessment directly to work, connecting the innate nature of people with the tasks required by their job.

About Lynn and Christine

Lynn Taylor - Leadership and Business Development Expert

Lynn Taylor is president of Taylor Protocols, Inc. and creator of the Core Values IndexTM, the first assessment characterizing and quantifying the innate, unchanging human nature of a person. Mr. Taylor’s Core Values Index is used in thousands of companies around the world. Taylor has performed more than 200 successful turn-around projects over the past twenty years. He and his Core Values Index have been installed to increase human productivity and leadership performance in companies large and small; Alcoa, CitiBank, Merrill Lynch and JG Wentworth to name a few.

At Taylor Protocols, Lynn used the scientific approach to develop Top Performer ProfilesTM which accurately pre-select future top performers for any position in any company. His speeches, seminars and workshops are unique and life-changing. Taylor delves into business strategies and tactics while garnering a mastery of each person’s individual core nature. The combination brings a new level of personal and business success within reach of all participants.
