When is the last time you thought about your exit plan for you in your small business?  Many of you got into business without even the slightest thought about it and you may well be leaving Hundreds of Thousands of dollars to waste.  Did you ever stop to consider what to do with your success? In this session we will show you both how to give your business both the backbone it needs as well as the salability missing in so many small businesses today.  Know how to “plan your work and work your plan”. Learn how simple flowcharts can change the course and size of your business. See how laying a foundation of training can benefit you and your future growth!

Bring your cell phone along as we will do a fun demonstration using its ability to text and allow you to see it work live to all of you at the same time.

You will learn how to start out a workflow to automate some of the simple tasks that you do daily. We will drill down in a very specific example so you can see how to actually complete it. Understand how to use your daily workflows that will bring you more time in your schedule by using simple automation tools. Once done they can be used for onboarding new employees or simply a way to ease up your work load.
