Resilience has become a buzzword as organizations seek ways in supporting their staff to stay productive in workplaces that are turbulent, complex and pressurised.
For the first time in Canada, Kathryn McEwan, organizational psychologist from Australia, and Dr. Catherine Carr, Canadian-based team coaching expert, will be training professionals in the accreditation of the Resilience@ Work systemic assessment toolkit in Victoria, BC on September 28-29, 2018.
The R@W Toolkit is a complementary suite of measures employing a systems perspective that recognizes the inter-relatedness of employee, leader and team behaviors and the structures, processes and policies needed to support and sustain these.
