About Molly

Molly Gordon has been exploring the relationship between improvisation and coaching since 1996. She has twice presented breakouts at ICF conferences on the theme “Something from Nothing” showing coaches how stuckness evaporates in the context of improvisation. Her work these days is centered on setting herself and others free from made-up limits. She is especially passionate about her work as an instructor and mentor coach at University of Miami, 7 Paths Forward, and Coach Masters Academy.
