Description of Course
My favorite Brené Brown quote is something like, “Our work of middle age, everything between 25 and 70, is to reintegrate all the parts of us we left behind in childhood.”
Reclaiming access to these parts is essential in order to be the people, parents, professionals, and partners we want to be.
Yet, how does one go about this for themselves or to help clients achieve this integration?
For me this is part of the power of Voice dialogue. It is a powerful way to help clients gain awareness of those limiting forces lurking under their consciousness and find the gifts of stepping into those parts of themselves they avoid.
Come Play with me and explore how to use Voice Dialogue in your coaching practice as a practical and safe way to explore shadow work, step into the energetics of coaching and separate from the dominate parts of self to find new possibilities and resilience
