Description of Course

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the key to how we interact with others and move through the world around us. Understanding our EQ gives us a fundamental tool for improving our self-knowledge, self-esteem and level of happiness. And being a good coach begins with understanding and accepting ourselves so that we can be fully present for our clients.

Using an EQ assessment can also help us connect with clients on a deeper level and understand behaviors around: Self-regard, assertiveness, stress tolerance and empathy, to name a few.

Learn how you can use EQ as an essential element in shepherding clients’ growth.

Join us for an interactive session on EQ and its benefits for coaches and coaching.

This session has 1.5 CCEU for core competencies and 0.5 CCEU for resources.
