Join Leadership Embodiment coach, Miryam Chavarría Romero, PCC, in a two-hour “flight simulator” ride where participants engage in real world situations and practice more open and inclusive ways of showing up when you need it most – under pressure! Come ready for gentle movement and highly experiential learning, you will walk away with tools that you can use right away.

What you will learn:

In this workshop, you will learn tools to get unstuck and develop the presence to:

  • Gain insights into your body’s signature patterns when stressed
  • Cultivate the ability to shift from your habitual stress reactions to a more open and inclusive presence while under pressure
  • Stay connected and listen to others without taking things personally
  • Take clear and powerful stands without aggression
  • Learn specific tools and practices to act with greater clarity and confident leadership presence in challenging situations
