ICF is the world body on Coaching standards and advancing the art, science and practice of Professional Coaching. With reach in 137 countries and over 30,000 members, it is largest network of credentialed coaches.
As the Washington State Chapter of ICF, we are about 600 members strong making us the 4th largest chapter in USA.
We are growing as an organization and the demand for coaching is growing for consumers.
It has never been more important than now to have a collective effort to prepare us for the future.
With a mission to “build strategic relationships with our member coaches and consumers”, we intend to build stronger partnerships with both consumers and each one of you as our members, creating opportunity and preparedness.
We have the platform!

Anu Arora (our President for 2019) will lead the discussion on the strategy and plan for 2019.
Together, we will explore possibilities to promote coaching by leveraging the ICF platform.

About Anu and Aidan
Anu Arora
Anu is a professional leadership and executive coach for leaders at all levels in the corporate world to increase their effectiveness, self-awareness to embrace their unique self, and help them realize their infinite potential. In addition to her coaching practice, she also has corporate training practice, training future leaders in leadership, mindfulness and how to be happier.

Aidan Waine
Born in Lancashire, UK in 1960, I began my career in manufacturing, studying engineering at Cambridge University. Market forces nudged me into the IT industry and I moved to Seattle in 1995 to project manage Microsoft’s SAP implementation. After 27 nearly years at the Redmond behemoth—the latter half leading Supply Chain IT—I retired in 2016 and embarked on this 3rd and highly bookshelf-compatible career as a coach.
As a Human Potential Coach certified by the Bulletproof Training Institute my methodology incorporates International Coach Federation professional competences. Bulletproof augments the coaching process with surprisingly effective embodiment practices and performance hacking information. A client introduced me to GeekWire in Seattle and I recognized its relevance to all my startup clients and became a GeekWire Gold Pass member.
Through my passions for human performance and bio-hacking I aim to help myself, my family, my friends, and to help people I’ve not yet met. My clients’ success is the utmost reward. For exercise and fun I play soccer all over Seattle and golf across Washington State and beyond.
