Description of Course

People often have trouble using their time in the most effective way due to the many distractions that arise in their lives. Join this interactive workshop to learn about the neurological and psychological influences of distraction and the tools that are available to bring life into better focus.


About Bruce

Bruce Hostetter, ACC, is an ICF certified life coach and part of our local ICF Washington, Northwest Corner Coaches. He is currently finishing up a second certification program in ADHD coaching. Mr. Hostetter has experienced major transformations in his own life dealing with adult ADHD. As a result of his training, his life journey, and his creativity he has many tools to share with you as you pursue a life, more focused and personally rewarding.
