Description of Course
“Everything was going so well. Then suddenly things changed. It’s like I no longer know who I am. I want to work with a coach because I need a new [pick one] job/career/spouse/body/car/haircut.”
Does this sound familiar? How many times have you heard this from clients? Or from yourself?
This person is in the Transition Zone. When you are in the Transition Zone, you are in between two states, and it can be very confusing. As coach, you can help your client best when you understand the two states and when you understand how transition zones work.
What you will learn:
Three ways to help your client navigate the Transition Zone.
The workshop will enhance your capability in these core competencies:
• Powerful questions (6): Ask questions that reveal information needed for maximum benefit to the coaching relationship and the client.
• Direct Communication (7): Use language that has the greatest positive impact for the client.
• Creating awareness (8): Integrate and accurately evaluable multiple sources of information; make interpretations that help the client gain awareness and thereby achieve agreed upon result.
