What’s crystal-clear in your mind turns to mush on paper. Why is that? Join writing coach Maureen Lander and learn how to transform your thoughts into words that empower. Discover how different types of writing—blogs, newsletters, emails, books, etc—require different writing styles, and review simple tips and doable strategies for your writing life. All offered in a friendly, judgment-free zone.

    About Maureen

    Maureen Lander started the new millennium with a second career as a freelance technical writer, focusing mainly on training materials. She then offered to help a family member write the story of her immigrant mother’s life—and Maureen’s world was changed. She enjoyed it so much, she decided to help others capture their story, as in memoirs, or formalize their message, as in expert books. After ghostwriting over twenty books, she decided to also coach aspiring authors in their quest to eloquently express whatever it is they have to say.

    Credentials:

    Graduate in Technical Writing, UW 2000

    Ten years as a technical writer

    Eight years as a ghostwriter and writing coach

    Currently enrolled in Certified Ghostwriter program, Cal State Univ. Long Beach, completion May 2019
