Part 1: The promise, the complaint and the request - The view, the practice, the results.
The Promise (Objectives)
1. Gain Familiarity with the view and practice of the 6 speech acts and linguistic coaching, the profound and transformative work of Fernando Flores, J.L. Austin, John Searle and Martin Heidegger.
2. As taught in the ontological programs of Newfield Network, Newfield Australia (Alan Sieler) and several other leadership programs. James Flaherty, founder of Ventures NW, was a student of Fernando Flores
3. Begin Mastery with paired, potentially provocative, playful practice
The Conditions of Satisfaction* (Outcomes)
1. Create promises, complaints and requests with more clarity, connection and courage.
2. Shift relationships and create ease through skillful and authentic conversation
3. Understand how the right conversation for the situation and a more skillful conversation increase trust and engagement
4. Complement intentions with languaging skills, to manifest your best
