Description of Webinar

Most coaches are in touch with their intuition. How do we know when to listen to and act on our hunches in coaching? What if we have a strong feeling and we ignore it, thinking it doesn’t fit with what the client is saying. Should we stay in the moment with them without interruption? How do we know when to bring our thoughts and feelings to our coaching? Attend this webinar and find out how to successfully use your intuition to enhance your client’s coaching experience.

What you will learn:

  • Learn how to listen to your intuition
  • Discover Carol’s secrets to bringing yourself to the coaching session
  • Learn how to trust your intuition and when to act on your hunches
  • Discover how to enhance your client’s coaching experience through your intuition

    About Carol

Dr. Carol Turner, MCC, worked in the Executive Coaching Organization in a Fortune 500 Company for 14 years. There she coached the top executives and their teams at the Leadership Center in St. Louis, MO. Later, she traveled and worked with leaders across the U.S. and many countries outside the U.S. The executives were expert at setting and reaching their goals. Carol’s expertise was in listening to what was not being said but what was invisibly present in leadership team meetings. She has since taken that expertise and taught many leadership coaches how to become ICF certified in her Leadership Coaching Program at her school, International Coach Institute, LLC, started in 2009. She also offers ICF ACC, PCC, and MCC renewal. She believes in practical application of the ICF coaching core competencies along with listening and acting on your intuition. Please join her in learning how to make the invisible visible.
